Ordering: If you prefer to place an order over the telephone, please email us your phone number and a good time to call and we will be in touch. Shipping: We ship via the U.S. Mail, first class or priority, depending on the weight. This is the most economical way to ship and you don't have to be at home to receive your package. Returns: 1. Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase. If returns are made after the 30 day period, we will donate the brace to our local shelter. 2. If you need to exchange a brace for a different size and the product is in "like new" condition, we will refund you for 100% of the value of the brace (not including shipping charges). 3. Returns or exchanges that come back to us soiled or with dog hair are subject to a 20% restocking charge if we can clean them easily and bring them to a "like new" condition. 4. If the returned brace cannot be re-sold, we may provide a partial refund or, at your request, donate the brace to a canine charity in your name or the name of your dog.
